Home Made Meanies
I know we've all seen monsters like this before,
so why not just buy one?
Because there aren't any that are fuzzy.
And I think every child since the 70's has learned
from Sesame Street that monsters are supposed to be fuzzy.
And so I made my own. These two are for my friend, Heidi's, little boys...Bradley and Calvin. They are completely washable (which those other ones are not) and I made them each boys' favorite color. And aren't they just so cute??? Ella was my model to show scale....perfectly huggable.

Toddler Scarf
And here is the scarf I knitted for our little friend, Todd.
It has horizontal knitted cables, which you can't see in this photo, but does it matter?
Look at that face!

I simply knitted 18 stitches across and then measured it on my own toddler as I went to get the correct length.
